How to find a furnished apartment in a new town
New York City residents may soon be able to find themselves in a house of their dreams if a developer is able to develop a site at the heart of a historic neighborhood.
A group of local developers, led by local real estate agent and architect Mark Cossack, have secured land in the Bronx’s Old West Park and are building a brand new home in the neighborhood.
The developer plans to put the new home on the block near the site of a former fire station.
Cossack says the new project is not only a project for the future but for the past.
“We want to remind people that the historic neighborhood we’re creating is here to stay,” Cossacks co-founder and owner of The Landmark Development Group, Mike Mecum, said in a press release.
“It is a place that was designed for people of all walks of life.”
